| ◇ Since 1996, ICRO has organized short-term overseas industrial training and study tour programs for senior officials from The Science Commission, The Construction Bureau, The Financial Bureau, The National Taxation Bureau, The Personnel Bureau and The Education Bureau at all levels in Chinese local governments and the executives from large and middle-size enterprises. |

| ◇ Every summer holiday since July 1997, ICRO has organized English study tours of Chinese high school students in Australia under the support of The Chinese Provincial and Municipal Education Commissions.

| ◇In early 1998, ICRO successfully introduced the Australian vocational education system – TAFE to China and assisted in establishing joint diploma programs with Australian TAFE institutes in Shanghai and Hunan Province. |

| ◇ From June 1999, ICRO, in cooperation with Chinese Liaoning Provincial Government, implemented the MBA international program in Australia for chief leader candidates from provinces, cities, bureaus and large enterprises. The program was greatly supported by The Australian Embassy Beijing. Currently, all the participants are utilizing what they learnt from this program in their important posts for Chinese economic construction and development.

| ◇ Since July 1999, ICRO has participated and implemented the Talent Training Project of 100 English teachers in Shanghai Jiading District Education Bureau to enhance their English instructional levels in the district. |

| ◇ Since October 1999, ICRO has been introducing diagnostic testing technology and equipment for direct clinical testing of lymph cancer by applying isotope into the Chinese health system. This testing is from The Australian Science and Technology Institute and fills a technical gap within this field in China.

| ◇Since 2000, ICRO has been directly involved in international student consultancy and visa services with the first launched “Intermediary Services Organization for Study Abroad” in China. Up until now, ICRO has successfully assisted over 1000 Chinese students to realize their dream to study overseas. |

| ◇ Since November 2000, under the support of Austrade Shanghai, ICRO, in cooperation with Shanghai Qingpu Education Bureau, has been providing a professional English teacher training program from Australia in Qingpu District. These programs have considerably enhanced the English instructional levels of the District.

| ◇Since 2003, ICRO has assisted in a “2+2” Joint Degree program between the University of Melbourne in Australia and Beijing Normal University, which became a pilot project in China for international double degree programs. |

| ◇ In April 2003, ICRO implemented the establishment of an international educational cooperation platform between China Electricity Council, with its higher vocational and Technical Colleges in the major provinces, and an Australian TAFE Institute. This program is strongly supported by governments of both China and Australia and regarded as a pilot reform program for higher vocational and technical education by The Ministry of Education of China.

| ◇Since September 2004, ICRO has been involved and assisted in the establishment of a joint Certificate IV of Pharmaceutical logistics between Shanghai Pharmaceutical School and Australian Box Hill Institute of TAFE. This co-operation was highly praised by the Shanghai Education Commission.

| ◇Since March 2005, ICRO has co-operated with The Management School of Fudan University to develop a CEO executive training program with the University of Melbourne and the University of Sydney in Australia.

| ◇ Since July 2005, ICRO has developed the full co-operation between the institutes and colleges from China National Pharmaceutical Vocational Education Group and TAFE institutes in Australia. |
|
|
|
|
|
| ◇Since 2006 ICRO has been working closely with a number of Provincial Education Departments to develop international education projects to meet the regional needs and demands.
