International Culture Resource Organization, known as “ICRO”, was founded in Sydney, Australia in 1995. Its China company was set up in 1998 and in December 2002, its Melbourne branch was established - ICRO International Pty Ltd. To support the business of northeast China, the Northeast Branch was set up in Shenyang, China in January 2006. With the business expansion, ICRO formalized group management with the development of ICRO International Group Pty Ltd in December 2006.

Since its establishment, ICRO has been dedicated to promoting globally advanced, lifelong educational systems and a multicultural educational philosophy; developing and expanding human resource marketplaces, combining knowledge with abilities; developing international educational cooperation programs with competitive edges; setting-up  international sustainable educational resource platforms and promoting and enhancing effective educational rewards by which people can fulfill themselves. Today, ICRO branches in Shanghai, Shenyang, Melbourne and Sydney provide a stable bridge for cultural and educational exchange between China and the rest of the world.
