Shanghai Qingpu District English Teacher Training Project ：Since 2001 ICRO has assisted Shanghai Qingpu Education Bureau to conduct the English teacher training in the 10th of the 5-year local government plan by importing Australian advanced teacher training resources and fully improving the teaching levels throughout the Qingpu District. In 2006, Qingpu jumped from being in the last 3, 5 years earlier, to within the top 5 districts in Shanghai based on overall scores received in the University English entry exam.
